Maynard's incredible Ruby Reserve is characterized by its smoothness, with a fruity character.

Winemaking:
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, with 1 day of pre-fermentation maceration and 2 days of fermentation. The grapes should not be destemmed. Blended from reserve wines selected for their intense fruity character and deep color, it ages in approximately 600-liter wooden barrels for 4 years before bottling. The bottle aging process may slightly improve the wine.
