MENIN RESERVA 2019 is the result of a rigorous selection of different vineyard plots that required more than all the effort. With a total area of 42 hectares, we can find vineyard plots that range in age from 45 to 100 years. It was necessary to interpret with extreme rigor all the evolution of the most diverse plots to assess the potential.

VINIFICATION The different harvested plots were vinified separately, where the grapes passed through a sorting conveyor belt, subsequently undergoing destemming and crushing, and being moved by gravity to stainless steel fermentation tanks. Pre-fermentation maceration was carried out at low temperatures ranging from 24 to 48 hours depending on the grape variety, followed by alcoholic fermentation at temperatures between 25-27°C. Once the alcoholic and malolactic fermentations were completed in stainless steel tanks, the wine was transferred to 225L oak barrels.

TASTING NOTES MENIN RESERVA 2019 a wine with a ruby color, an aroma full of fresh fruit, with notes of wild red fruits, blackberries, plum, in perfect harmony with the spicy nuances conferred by the aging in barrels. In the mouth it has a solid structure, with lively but polished tannins and great freshness and balance.
