Mirabilis Tinto is inspired by the line of great wines from around the world, where textures, aromas, gravity and transparency are created.

After a careful selection of the best plots and a harvest manicure , this batch clashes with the origin of the raw material, setting aside the concept of terroir .

It is a unique wine, not replicable year after year, with a heterogeneous composition of small quantities, a few liters from each of our best barrels, undergoing a long tasting process until the final result.

Mirabilis Tinto reflects the most profound viticultural years of Quinta Nova de Nossa Senhora do Carmo, resulting in a dense, intensely aromatic, three-dimensional wine with enormous physical persistence, deep and very precise.
