Description
Intense and complex with notes of harmoniously combined wild fruits with grades of tosta of the wood, where it interned. The rich aroma to mature black fruits balanced by excellent acidity makes it a very gastronomic wine.
Vinification:
This monovarietal wine is born from 700 m altitude vineyards with yellow ink castes. Granitic soils, altitude of the vineyards and characteristics of this caste, so adapted and present in the region of Trás-os-Montes, give rise to this wine full of character and personality, transmitting the identity of the historical “terroir” of that region.
