Description
Very good structure, with perfect balance of acidity, resulting in a smooth, balanced wine and with exceptional bottle aging potential. The combination of these two castes, in certain years, results very well, because the strength of Touriga Franca is polished with the elegance of the baroque paint.
Vinification:
It is one of the last vineyards to be vindicated. The grapes are stepped on foot in mills, later transferred to vats, where fermentation takes place for eight days. The aging period is 16 months, in new barrels and used in the proportion of 10% and 90% respectively.
