Slowly crafted in the Alentejo region, originating from the demarcated region of Reguengos de Monsaraz, this wine is made from organically grown grapes in poor, stony soils, within a continental climate characterized by large temperature variations. Composed of regional grape varieties, predominantly Antão Vaz, Rabo de Ovelha, and Gouveio, it reveals the typical character of its origin. It is intense, with rich aromas, a complex palate, and excellent gastronomic potential. It is a wine for all occasions.
