Made slowly in the Alentejo and originated in the monster of Monsaraz Reguengos, it is a wine made from grapes in biological production mode, in poor and stony soils and in a continental climate, characterized by large thermal amplitudes. Composed of regional castes, with predominance of Antão Vaz, Rabo de Sheep and Gouveio, reveals the typical character of its origin. It is intense, of rich aromas, complex taste and excellent gastronomic fitness. It is a wine for all occasions.
Vinification / Internship
Deforest, thermal shock, pressing, default decantation, fermentation with temperatures controlled in stainless steel, centrifugation, stabilization, filtration.
COLOR: Greenhouse reflexes, clear and crystalline appearance.
AROMA: Intense notes of tropical fruits, with special highlight of pineapple and mango.
Taste: Intensity and freshness, with an engaging texture where the purity of the fruit is enhanced, being the long and vibrant ending.
