AGRICULTURE

The 2021 agricultural year was a rainy year. During the vegetative rest (autumn - winter) there were higher precipitation values ​​than the average of the last 22 years, and temperatures have remained mild. These precipitation values ​​led to the beginning of the vegetative cycle (spring), virtually all soils showed their water reserves completely reestablished. Abrolling occurred earlier, and the highest temperatures verified during spring accelerated vegetative development to flowering. In summer the milder temperatures contributed to regular development of the vegetative cycle, allowing maturation to result regular and balanced.

Vinification / Internship

Grapes from mechanical vintage. After deceival and crushing begins alcoholic fermentation to controlled temperature, follows the pressing, malolactic fermentation and finally an internship in oak barrels for 8 months.

Color: Limid aspect, Ruby color.

Aroma: In the aroma there are intense notes of wild fruits and black plum complemented with sweet spices and a toasted end due to the barrel stage.

Palate: Dense and balanced flavor, where the black fruit predominates, enriched with slight notes of jam. Attractive volume and end of long and persistent mouth.
