Side Dishes: An excellent appetizer for all social occasions, especially festive gatherings. Versatile and appealing, it pairs well with flavorful dishes such as eggplant stuffed with peppers, tempting spaghetti with sea urchins, seafood lasagna, and risotto with porcini mushrooms. It also combines very pleasantly with Japanese cuisine such as sushi.
Vinification:
Deforest, thermal shock, brief pelicular maceration, pressing, fermentation with controlled temperature in stainless steel vats, centrifugation, stabilization, filtration.
TEST NOTES:
Clear appearance, salmon color. Notes of fresh red fruits, pomegranate and raspberries, some green tea and a plant nuance. Intense, fresh and elegant, with persistent and balanced end.
