Montes Ermos Tinto

Deep violet red color. The nose stands out the ripe red fruit and the cherry jam in harmony with notes of spices from the caste used. The wooden internship gives you sweet vanilla and coffee notes. It is full -bodied, structured and elegant. In the mouth stand out the intense notes of red fruits and chocolate, the end of the mouth is long with quality tannins.

Vinification:
Pre-fermentation maceration, fermentation the controlled temperature in stainless steel vats, post-fermentation maceration. A part of the lot has interned for a short time in third -quality extrafine oak barrels.
