Description
Vinification: Grapes harvested by hand, in 25Kg boxes, at their ideal maturation point. After gentle crushing and total destemming, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature, thus allowing the quality constituents present in the skins of the very ripe grapes to pass smoothly into the wine. It aged for 10 months in old French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes: A wine with an intense ruby color, aromas of ripe red fruit (blackberries and currants), cistus, violet and bergamot; on tasting it is a wine with great volume and presence, remaining fresh and prolonged.
