Intense grenade color. In the aroma has a fruit in jam, blackberries, notes of mature olives, mint and spices. Straight structure, it has a very evident freshness and a set of lush solids and tannins.
Vinification:
The grapes are harvested for boxes of 20 kg and vinified. Without disgust, fermentation occurs in feeders with foot. After fermentation, the wine is transferred to Portuguese oak barrels, macacauba and mahogany, where malolactic fermentation occurs. The wine is aged between 24 and 36 months in barrels, after which is bottled. The bottle stage lasts another 24 months.
