Description

Deep garnet color. The aroma presents stewed fruit, blackberries, notes of ripe olives, mint, and spices. It has a striking structure, with a very evident freshness and a combination of solids and exuberant tannins.
Winemaking:
The grapes are harvested into 20 kg boxes and vinified. Without destemming, fermentation takes place in cellars with foot treading. After fermentation, the wine is transferred to Portuguese oak, macacaúba, and mahogany barrels, where malolactic fermentation occurs. The wine is aged for 24 to 36 months in barrels, after which it is bottled. Bottle aging lasts a further 24 months.
