Intense garnet color. The aroma presents compote fruit, blackberries, notes of ripe olives, mint and spices. Striking structure, it has a very evident freshness and a set of solids and exuberant tannins.
Winemaking:
The grapes are harvested into 20 kg boxes and vinified. Without destemming, fermentation takes place in cellars with foot treading. After fermentation, the wine is transferred to Portuguese oak, macacaúba and mahogany barrels, where malolactic fermentation takes place. The wine is aged between 24 and 36 months in barrels, after which it is bottled. The bottle stage lasts for another 24 months.
