Description
Of very dark, dense and structured color in a closed aroma of black fruit and phenolic compounds of mint tone. Mouth full of matter, firm texture, very body and freshness with a balsamic touch, austere and full of character.
Vinification:
This wine is only made in years of exceptional quality and chosen among the best installments of Alicante Bouschet in the vineyard of Carapitos. Crushed on foot and after fermentation in the mills is aged in two numbered wood villas 3 and 4 for 24 months. Then mature for another 24 to 36 months in bottle before the launch.
