TEST NOTES: In the nose the wood stage translates into notes of honey, dry fruits and brioche that are very well integrated with an aromatic base and citrus and some of aromatic herbs. In the mouth it has the structure similar to a large bubble: elegant, with moderate alcohol and high aromatic complexity. The ending is persistent and long, complemented by excellent acidity that promises a fantastic bottle evolution.
