VINIFICATION: After a refrigerated transport to Quinta de Nápoles, the grapes enter the cellar, where a complete selection is carried out on a sorting table, and are pressed in an automatic press. After cold static decantation, the musts are passed cleanly into stainless steel vats, spontaneously fermenting at a controlled temperature. They age on their fine lees for 6 months, without lifting them.
TASTING NOTES: Diálogo white 2020 is a good example of the Niepoort profile, austere and quite mineral. A fresh white, with herbaceous and citric notes on the nose, young but showing all its aging potential, very fine and elegant, with an electric aftertaste that makes you want to repeat it.
