Description

VINIFICATION

White grapes undergo a long maceration with skins; it is occasionally trampled on by foot. After the addition of brandy, White Port spends a year in large oak barrels, followed by at least three more in small old oak barrels.

TEST RESULTS

Dark golden in color, with a fresh aroma of nuts and hints of fruit. Medium-sweet on the palate, interacting perfectly with the brandy that gives the wine a superb structure.
