Description
Climate and only:
Olivia's Winery vineyards are located in Trás-os-Montes, more precisely in Alfândega da Fé, at an average altitude of 550 meters. They are all cultivated using organic production methods, in which the dry soils are predominantly schist. We believe that schist soils produce very mineral wines, with extremely complex aromas and great longevity.
WINEMAKING
Manual in 15kg boxes.
Internship:
In stainless steel tank, 1 year in bottle before being released onto the market.
TASTING NOTES
It is a wine that expresses Trás os Montes, that smells and tastes of this land, of rockrose, of schist, of flowers and fruits of the field and of wild fruits. A wine that can please both beginners in the world of wine and more experienced wine lovers.
