Produced from our older vineyard, this Alvarinho, vinified as in the past, fermented in 10 barrels used to ensure the ideal bottle evolution for many years. Internship: fermented in 10 barrels used for 8 months
Proof Note: Citrine color, with aroma of great intensity and elegance. Very fruity (white fruits and citrus) with mineral notes and a touch of smoke. In the mouth it is structured and balanced, fresh and vibrant. Excellent acidity. Beautiful toasted notes. Very long final. Accompanies Mediterranean Kitchen Fish and Shellfish
