Produced from our oldest vineyard, this Alvarinho, vinified as in the old days, fermented in 10 used barrels in order to guarantee the ideal evolution in the bottle for many years. Stage: Fermented in 10 used barrels for 8 months

Tasting Note: Citrine color, with an aroma of great intensity and elegance. Very fruity (white and citrus fruits) with mineral notes and a touch of smoke. In the mouth it is structured and balanced, fresh and vibrant. Excellent acidity. Beautiful toasted notes. Very long finish. Accompanies Mediterranean cuisine dishes based on fish and seafood
