Description

Winemaking: Produced from our oldest vineyard, this Alvarinho, vinified in the traditional way, fermented in 10 used barrels to ensure ideal bottle aging for many years. Aging: Fermented in 10 used barrels for 8 months.

Tasting Note: Citrine color, with an aroma of great intensity and elegance. Very fruity (white and citrus fruits) with mineral notes and a touch of smoke. On the palate it is structured and balanced, fresh and vibrant. Excellent acidity. Beautiful toasted notes. Very long finish. Pairs well with Mediterranean dishes based on fish and seafood.
