Description
Noval Black Reserve is a new way of drinking Port Wine, a wine from a new era designed to be accompanied by dark chocolate or simply drunk chilled, also used as an ingredient in cocktails.
A clear expression of the Noval style, new and without the need for decanting. Without
complications — just an excellent glass of port wine.
VINIFICATION
Part of the grapes are trodden by foot in the Quinta's traditional stone presses. Another part is mechanically crushed in stainless steel vats.
AGING
Noval Black is aged for 2 years in stainless steel barrels and vats to preserve its
freshness.
