Description
It is a wine with a deep color, vibrant and spicy, full of fresh fruit flavor. An ideal Port for informal consumption.
Tasting note: "Bright ruby color. Intense and youthful nose, with a fruity and distinctive character, reminiscent of wild cherries. On the palate it is balanced, with intense fruit and a long, persistent finish."
Drink it slightly chilled as an aperitif or at room temperature with a
dessert."
Winemaking: Noval Ruby is vinified by remontage in stainless steel vats with a controlled temperature of 26°/28°C.
Aging: It is bottled after a three-year aging process in cask.
