Description
Light yellow in color, youthful and of medium concentration. The nose is very fresh, citrusy with hints of tropical fruit. The presence of French oak is also noticeable, successfully harmonizing the whole. On the palate it is full-bodied, presenting a good combination of citrus and tropical notes with very noble and refined aromas where a subtle presence of toasted notes is noticeable. The finish is smooth, fruity, pleasant and elegant.
Winemaking:
Winemaking in stainless steel tanks with controlled low temperature. Aged for 4 months in 225L French oak barrels.
