Oboé Vinhas Velhas Tinto

Obaé Vine Old is a red wines, produced from Touriga Nacional native paints, Roriz Paint, Touriga Franca and Baroque paint from the Douro Wine region, using Old Vineyard Paints over the age of forty. After a long maceration, in contact with the skins and the courses, over 16 days cold, the wine fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The wine was transferred to new French oak barrels where it remained for 12 months before being bottled. The wine rested for another 6 months in the bottle before it was released.
