Description
Citrus aroma with notes of white fruit. It is full-bodied, fresh and elegant with a long finish.
Winemaking:
The grapes were harvested manually into 12 kg boxes. Fermentation took place in traditional cement vats followed by pre- and post-fermentation maceration.
