Descrição
It displays a beautiful floral component, a fragrant tone, joined by ripe blackberries and a touch of fresh herbs. Harmonious, with pure fruit always in the foreground, very clean and inviting.
Winemaking:
Gentle maceration and fermentation at a controlled temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Aged for six months in "Allier" oak barrels and three months in the cellar before being released to the market.
