A renewing project for the Vinho Verde region that showed that unloved grape varieties could be just as interesting as the most resonant varieties and that prejudices could be questioned, taking biodynamic agriculture to one of the climates where it would apparently be less advisable. And above all, producing good wines that are a pleasure to drink.
Vinification: spontaneous co-fermentation in amphorae of white loureiro and red vinhão grapes.
