Description
Red color almost opaque. Aroma of dark cherries, licorice and white pepper. Full -bodied, but elegant and refined.
Vinification:
The grapes are harvested manually and transported in trays of 30 kg. Fermentation with controlled temperature with reassembly and prolonged maceration. He matures in new American and French oak barrels “Allier” (300 liters) for 12 months, followed by a collage period in stainless steel vats to the traffic jam.
