Description

Vinification:
After careful selection on the mat, the grapes were trodden by foot, in order to break the berry and macerated for 12 hours with a whole bunch and then directly pressed, without decanting, into used 225 and 228 liter French oak barrels where they fermented naturally with the native yeasts and aged, without bâtonnage in the same barrels for 10 months without cleaning and with the fermentation lees until bottling. It has not undergone malolactic fermentation, has not been refined or tartarically stabilized before bottling, so over time it may gain deposits or natural crystals. A wine with good aging potential.

Test results:
Wine with a clean color, straw yellow. On the nose, slight reduction, aromas of dried grass, apple and light toast from the barrel. In the tasting, strong and mineral entry, with predominance of citrus and bulky. Lemon peel, medium body and equally medium finish. The strong acidity prevails making the wine gluttonous and asking for more tasting. Very balanced wood toast, not overpowering the wine.
