Description
Vinification:
This wine is naturally fermented and aged for 9 months in used French oak barrels, without temperature control and without bâtonnage.
Test results:
It has a restrained and complex aroma of fruit, revealing a very specific minerality and toast from the aging in barrels. It also has quite evident citric aromas with hints of pineapple and lime. It is a fat, full-bodied and very elegant wine, with a natural acidity and a long finish.
