Citrus and fruity flavor color with predominance of white pulp fruits and tropical aroma. The sensation in the mouth is fruity, with a soft freshness and a long end.
Vinification:
Total disgust, slight pressing and cold static decantation. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. It remained in internship for 6 months also in stainless steel.
