Description

 Deep Granada Center with lived red edge. Aromas of plums and attractive resinable notes. Exuberant and full of mouth with pure and pure fruits, displaying tones of mineral and spices, underlined by fine acidity.

Vinification:
Grapes originated at Quinta de Roriz, vintage between September 9 and October 5th. Quinta da Perdiz, the vintage began on September 23 and ended on October 5. Manual screening is made at a qualifying table, after which the grapes are deceived before undergoing a second selection berry mechanical selection before being smoothly crushed. The grapes go to the fermentation vats, and once in the vats are inoculated with a specially selected yeast culture and the fermentation takes place at about 25ºC. The maceration is very smooth and adjusted to produce a wine designed to be drunk earlier, but with great bottle maturation capacity. 13 -month internship in 400 L French oak barrels.
