Side Dishes: Acompanha muito bem pratos de caça e queijos de pasta mole.
It reveals a lot of black and red fruit in the nose. In the mouth has a good structure, anchored in round tannins. A very well achieved, greedy and balanced wine.
Vinification:
The harvest is done manually for 20 kg boxes. The grapes are deceived and crushed. The fermentation takes place in rotary vats for 6 to 10 days, at a temperature between 26 to 29ºC.
