Description
Clear, golden color. Intense aroma and characteristic flavor, full body and long finish, highlighting the remarkable qualities of the Alvarinho grape variety with a slight hint of wood.
Winemaking:
Gentle pressing and settling for 12 to 36 hours under controlled temperature of 12ºC – 16ºC. Fermentation for up to 15 days under controlled temperature of 16ºC – 18ºC. Maturation in French oak barrels for 6 months with regular stirring of the lees during these months.
