Golden yellow in color with greenish hues, it has complex aromas revealing fruity characteristics and notes of passion fruit, grapefruit, and apricot, as well as floral notes such as linden blossom and honey. On the palate, it is elegant and profound, with a strong structure and body.
Winemaking:
Each variety is processed separately, respecting its ideal maturation period to produce the desired style. With fermentation initiated in stainless steel tanks, only 35% of the Semillon grape variety completed fermentation in French oak barrels, followed by six months of aging with 'bâtonnage'. 35% of the must ferments and ages in new French Allier oak barrels.
