Combination of grapes from old vines of selected varieties, produced at different altitudes with total destemming and fermentation for 8/9 days at 23/25 ºC.
Aging: 40% in stainless steel and 60% in French and American oak casks for 10 months.
Color: Ruby Red
Aroma: Complex with notes of forest fruits, jam with toasted notes.
Flavor: Excellent volume and smooth, with intensity that reinforces the aromas.
