Quinta Da Boa Esperança Grande Reserva
Description

Tasting Notes: Wine of intense color with aromas of black fruit and spices and balsamic, mentholated and smoky notes.

In the mouth it is fresh, with balanced acidity and striking minerality. Tannins present, but softened by the prolonged aging in barrels, once again smoky and spicy notes. With a very long and persistent finish.

Total destemming followed by pre-fermentation maceration at 8ºC. Subsequent fermentation in a wine press at a controlled temperature of 24ºC. Aged for 36 months in new French oak barrels. Aged for 24 months in the bottle.

Characteristics of the vintage year : Hot and dry year, especially during the grape ripening phase.

Consumption Range: immediately up to 15/20 years.
