Description
Wine of very intense garnet color, with citrus and floral nuances. Vibrant and structured on the palate, for its freshness and richness in tannins.
Hot and dry year, which gave rise to a very early harvest, for the region.
Total destemming followed by pre-fermentation maceration at 8ºC. Later fermentation in press with controlled temperature of 24 °C
10% of this lot interaged in French oak barrels, for 18 months. Stage of 12 months in bottle.
