The harvest is done manually, with manual selection of bunches. The berries are destemmed and gently crushed. Traditional granite lagares with foot treading were used as fermentation tanks, later the wine aged in French oak barrels for at least 18 months. All wines are sealed with natural cork. Not being filtered or cold stabilized, they can give rise to a precipitate with age.

Tasting Note
