Description

Vinification:

Handwater grapes and transported in small 18kg boxes are scratched, deceived, gently crushed and pressed. Then they ferment in stainless steel deposits with temperature control. With this one tries to preserve the full potential of the primary aromas of caste

Internship: The wine interned in stainless steel vats.

Proof and gastronomy note: Yellow, clean and shiny color. Intense, attractive aromas, where the river mint stands out and the loud conjugated with a fresh, citrus and tropical fruit (pineapple). In the mouth it has good volume, fresh and quite persistent. A wine for hot days that can be drunk without anything else or accompanying seafood or very fresh fish in good company.
