Description
Winemaking:
The grapes, harvested by hand and transported in small 18kg boxes, are sorted, destemmed, gently crushed, and pressed. They then ferment in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. This aims to preserve the full potential of the primary aromas of the grape varieties.
Aging: the wine was aged in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting notes and food pairing: Yellow in color, clean and bright. Intense, attractive aromas, where river mint and linden stand out, combined with fresh, citrusy and tropical fruit (pineapple). On the palate it has good volume, fresh and quite persistent. A wine for hot days that can be enjoyed on its own or paired with very fresh seafood or fish in good company.
