Winemaking: Careful selection of the best grapes, with manual harvesting. Whole grape pressing. Pre-fermentation maceration. Fermentation with controlled temperature. Cold settling.
Maturation/Stage: Part of the batch is aged in stainless steel, another part ferments and ages for 6 months in French oak barrels. Minimum aging of 6 months in bottle.
Exam Grade: An elegant and structured wine, made from the Gouveio and Viosinho grape varieties.
It presents itself as clear, with a citrine color, where notes of vanilla and light toast combine perfectly with tropical fruit and some floral hints. On the palate it is soft, enveloping with a consistent and long finish.
