Proof note - Flavor: In the mouth it is juicy, fruity, well balanced, quite direct and offers a beautiful acidity, slight tension, accuracy, greedy. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry and mature raspberry and small notes of cassis combined with touches of juicy blueberries, flowers, licorice, slight vanilla notes, as well as very discreet notes of cardamom and black olive. The tannins are very firm and discreetly soft. Good mouth end.

Proof note - Aroma: The nose offers concentration, greedy. It reveals notor notes, toasted notes and small vanilla notes, cassis associated with small touches of mature / cherry strawberry, as well as very discreet notes of sweet spices and a very discreet touch of sichuan pepper.

Maturity: 12 -month internship in new French and American oak barrels and a minimum of 12 months in bottle internship.
