Tasting note - Flavor: On the palate it is succulent, fruity, well-balanced, quite direct and offers a beautiful acidity, a slight tension, precision, and a luscious character. This wine expresses notes of blackberry and juicy, ripe raspberry, and subtle hints of cassis combined with touches of juicy blueberries, flowers, licorice, light vanilla notes, as well as very discreet notes of cardamom and black olive. The tannins are firm and subtly smooth. Good finish.

Tasting note - Aroma: The nose offers concentration and a luscious quality. It reveals notes of blackberry, toasted notes, and subtle hints of vanilla and cassis, along with small touches of ripe strawberry/cherry, as well as very discreet notes of sweet spices and a very subtle touch of Sichuan pepper.

Maturation : Aged for 12 months in new French and American oak barrels and a minimum of 12 months in bottle.

Harvest/Winemaking: Carefully selected, hand-harvested grapes. Field blend of over 20 traditional regional grape varieties. Foot-trodden in granite lagares (wine presses).
