Description
It is a deep ruby wine. In the aroma is very fruity, with obvious notes of mature black fruits, such as blackberries and plums, accompanied by barrel chocolate notes and in the mouth is very complex, with an acidity that gives it freshness, with marked but tannin and long end notes and long and persistent.
Vinification:
The grapes were vindicated to 25 kg boxes, after a careful selection for their best state of health, and sent to the wine -to -vinification center where they were fully deceived. The fermentation took place for 9 days in 14 tonne granite, with foot and soft rinse for blanket and extraction of phenolic and aromatic compounds. At the end of alcoholic fermentation, the wine was transferred to stainless steel vats where the malolactic fermentation took place and later interned in new French oak barrels for 18 months.
