Description

It has a complex aroma, with very well integrated fruit and wood and revealing nuances of spices. Intense and deep in the taste. The tannic structure firmly gives wine great balance with a long end and gourmand.

Vinification:
The grapes from the old vineyards of Quinta da Pacheca were transported to the cellar in plastic boxes. The grapes were completely deceived and slightly crushed. After that the must was transferred to the stone mills where the grapes were stepped on foot and fermented for 10 days. After malo -fermentation the wine interned in new barrels of French oak and oak for 12 months.
