Description
It presents a nose where the fruit, plums and currants with a touch of coffee and black chocolate. The wood is perfectly integrated. In the mouth it is a rich and powerful wine with round tannins and velvety followed by great freshness and persistence. A wine ready to drink with great aging potential.
Vinification:
After a careful selection by their best state, the grapes were vindicated to 25 kg bers and sent to the wine -to -vinification center where they were fully deceived. The fermentation took place for 9 days in the traditional 14 -ton granitic stone tanks with foot and soft reassembly for blanket and extraction of phenolic and aromatic compounds. At the end of alcoholic fermentation the wine was transferred to stainless steel vats where the malo -fermentation was due. Subsequently, it was partially aged in 2nd and 3rd year French oak barrels for 12 months.
