Quinta da Pacheca Vale de Abraão Red Wine
Description

 It is a deep violet wine. In the aroma is very fruity, with obvious notes of ripe black fruits, such as blueberry and currant, being both fresh with floral notes. In the mouth it is concentrated, fat, with tannins present, notes of chocolate and implicit freshness. Long and very persistent.

Vinification:
The grapes were vindicated to 25 kg boxes, after a careful selection for their best state of health, and sent to the wine -to -vinification center where they were fully deceived. The fermentation took place for 9 days in 14 tonne granite, with foot and soft rinse for blanket and extraction of phenolic and aromatic compounds. At the end of alcoholic fermentation, the wine was transferred to stainless steel vats where the malolactic fermentation took place and later interned in new French oak barrels for 18 months.
