Description
The wine for this sparkling wine comes from the berry variety. Vinification was carried out using an open spout process and gentle pressing of the grapes to extract the ideal color. Fermentation was spontaneous, with no need to resort to a refrigeration system.
After bottling, it aged in the cellar long enough to allow for the conditions of correct freshness and harmony, without resorting to the addition of liqueur (sugar), being therefore a natural crude.

Tasting: fine, young and fruity aroma
Overall appreciation: Fine and persistent bubble. soft.
