A pale -colored rosé wine with great aromatic freshness, notes of red fruits and a slight floral touch. In the mouth it is fresh and engaging, with live acidity, where the raspberry notes stand out.
Vinification:
Total disgust and immediate crushing. Fermentation with temperature control at about 16ºC, using very soft processes of crushing and pressing in inert atmosphere, with a slight stage to preserve the freshness of primary aromas.
