Description
Winemaking:
Hand-picked grapes in small 40L boxes. Reception at the winery with selection, total destemming and immediate crushing. Fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 24°C. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels followed by aging in stainless steel to preserve the primary aromas.
Test results:
Ruby red wine with violet nuances. Fresh and fruity aroma, red fruits with menthol nuances and a very elegant mineral. In the mouth it has a smooth and fresh texture, with a young fruity flavor defining the long and persistent finish.
