Produced by the Ancestral Method, discovered by Benedictine monks in the sec. XVI, which consists of the bottling of the wine during the fermentation process, creating in a natural way a smooth and elegant bubble.
PROOF NOTES:Yellow opaque. Primary aromas, the fresh fruit slightly tropical. Bubble thin, medium mousse, fresh with tropical notes.
