Produced using the Ancestral Method, discovered by Benedictine monks in the 16th century, which consists of bottling the wine during the fermentation process, naturally creating a smooth and elegant effervescence.
TASTING NOTES: Opaque yellow. Primary aromas of fresh, slightly tropical fruit. Fine bubbles, medium mousse, fresh with tropical notes.
