It is for us a perfect blend of Touriga-Nacional and Tinta-Roriz, combining the structure and aromas of one with the consistency and longevity of the other.
We will preserve this modern wine profile over the years, which combines structure and perfume in the best way. A very gastronomic and appetizing wine.
Vinification: Manual harvest in 20 kg boxes, grapes destemming. Fermentation and maceration in granite vats with treading and in a “Ganimede” vat. Malolactic fermentation and aging for 12 months in French oak barrels (Allier) of first and second use.
