Description
Rosé from Quinta das Marias is a refreshing wine that appeals to hot days among friends around the pool, however, we also want it to be remembered beyond that and that is how our passion for producing memorable wines continues can accompany beyond the summer. A wine that does not lose its flavor and freshness and that is why we make it to be a wine for the whole year.
Vinification: Manual harvest in 20 kg boxes. Destemming and crushing, followed by cooling the masses and gentle pressing. After decanting the must, alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature (17 ºC) for 13 days. After fermentation, it was aged on fine lees for 4 months, with „bâtonnage“ being carried out during the first month.
We also suggest
